At Job Genie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your credit purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you meet the following criteria:
14-Day Window
Request must be made within 14 days of your purchase date
Less Than 25 Credits Used
You must have used fewer than 25 credits from your purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support team with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Package purchased
- Reason for refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- Request made more than 14 days after purchase
- More than 25 credits have been used from the purchase
- Evidence of policy abuse or fraudulent activity
Important Note
Free credits provided upon signup are not eligible for refunds. Only purchased credits qualify for our refund policy.
